混雜纖維噴射混凝土彎曲韌性圓板法試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]選用超短微絲鋼纖維、多錨點(diǎn)鋼纖維分別與聚丙烯纖維混雜的噴射混凝土進(jìn)行立方體抗壓、圓板法彎曲韌性試驗(yàn)。通過(guò)荷載撓度曲線與混凝土板的能量吸收值,研究了纖維摻量、纖維類型以及聚丙烯纖維對(duì)混雜纖維噴射混凝土彎曲韌性與變形性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:噴射混凝土板的彎曲韌性和抗彎承載力隨著鋼纖維摻量的增加而增加;超短微絲鋼纖維噴射混凝土的抗彎韌性與裂縫控制能力均優(yōu)于多錨點(diǎn)鋼纖維噴射混凝土;當(dāng)體積摻量為1.2%的超短微絲鋼纖維與體積摻量為0.11%的聚丙烯纖維混雜時(shí)的噴射混凝土表現(xiàn)出的彎曲性能和抗壓強(qiáng)度最優(yōu)。[關(guān)鍵詞]混雜纖維; 噴射混凝土; 彎曲韌性; 圓板法; 能量吸收值中圖分類號(hào):TU528.572 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2015)12-0018-05
Round panel test study on flexural toughness of hybrid fiber shotcretingXia Dongtao, Zhang Yanfang, Zhang Zhouqiang, Zhu Yuting(Civil Engineering and Building Academy, Hubei University of Technology, Wuhan 430068, China)Abstract: The compressive strength and round panel flexural toughness test were carried out on mixing of polypropylene hybrid fibers and shotcreting with two kinds of ultrashort microfilament steel fibers and multiple anchor steel fibers respectively. Based on the loaddeflection curve and energy absorption value for the concrete slab, the effects of steel fiber volume fraction, steel fiber type and the addition of the polypropylene fibers on flexural toughness and deflection performance for hybrid fiber shotcreting were investigated. The results show that the flexural strength and flexural toughness of shotcreting slab increase with the increase of steel fiber volume fraction. The flexural toughness and crack control ability of ultrashort microfilament steel fibers shotcreting exceed that of multiple anchor steel fiber shotcreting. The hybrid fiber shotcreting with 1.2% of ultrashort microfilament steel fibers and 0.11% of the polypropylene fibers show the best flexural toughness and highest compressive strength.Keywords: hybrid fiber; shotcreting; flexural toughness; round panel test; energy absorption value
