高強(qiáng)箍筋約束高強(qiáng)混凝土軸心受壓試驗(yàn)研究

[摘要]為研究高強(qiáng)箍筋約束高強(qiáng)混凝土的軸心受壓力學(xué)性能,進(jìn)行了9個(gè)高強(qiáng)鋼筋高強(qiáng)混凝土柱軸心受壓試驗(yàn),對(duì)其破壞過程、破壞形態(tài)、應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線和高強(qiáng)鋼筋強(qiáng)度發(fā)揮程度進(jìn)行了研究,分析了箍筋直徑、箍筋間距、箍筋強(qiáng)度和體積配箍率等參數(shù)對(duì)其性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:與普通強(qiáng)度箍筋相比,高強(qiáng)箍筋對(duì)約束混凝土峰值應(yīng)力、峰值應(yīng)變的提高和延性性能的改善作用更強(qiáng);體積配箍率越大,箍筋的約束作用越強(qiáng),當(dāng)體積配箍率相同時(shí),小直徑、小間距配筋的約束作用大于大直徑、大間距配筋的約束作用;約束混凝土達(dá)到峰值應(yīng)力時(shí)高強(qiáng)箍筋和高強(qiáng)縱筋的應(yīng)力與箍筋對(duì)混凝土的約束作用強(qiáng)弱有關(guān),約束作用越強(qiáng),高強(qiáng)箍筋和高強(qiáng)縱筋的強(qiáng)度發(fā)揮程度越高,當(dāng)約束作用很強(qiáng)時(shí),高強(qiáng)箍筋和高強(qiáng)縱筋可以在約束混凝土達(dá)到峰值應(yīng)力時(shí)屈服。結(jié)合試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,提出了高強(qiáng)箍筋約束高強(qiáng)混凝土的峰值應(yīng)力和峰值應(yīng)變計(jì)算公式。[關(guān)鍵詞]高強(qiáng)箍筋; 高強(qiáng)縱筋; 高強(qiáng)混凝土; 應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線; 約束混凝土中圖分類號(hào):TU375 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2015)12-0007-06
Experimental study on axial compression of highstrength concrete confined by high-strength stirrupDing Hongyan1, 2, Liu Yuan1 , Qiu Shi1(1 School of Civil Engineering, Tianjin University, Tianjin 300072, China; 2 Structure and Safety Laboratory of Civil Engineering, Tianjin University, Tianjin 300072, China)Abstract: In order to study the axial compressive mechanical properties of high-strength concrete confined by high-strength stirrup, nine groups of axial compression tests of high-strength concrete column configured high-strength steel were carried out. The failure process, failure modes, stress-strain curve and intensity degree of high-strength steel were studied and some influence parameters such as diameter, spacing and strength of stirrup and volume stirrup ratio were analyzed. The results show that peak stress, peak strain and ductility of high-strength concrete confined by high-strength stirrup are significantly improved, compared with the same situation confined by common stirrup. The larger the volume stirrup ratio is, the stronger the restriction effect of stirrup is. If the volume stirrup ratio is same, the restriction effect of smaller diameter and spacing is better. When confined concrete reaches peak stress, the stress of high-strength stirrup and high-strength longitudinal reinforcement is related to the confinement degree of the concrete by stirrup. The stronger the restriction effect is, the higher the intensity degree of stirrup and longitudinal reinforcement is. If the restriction effect is enough, high-strength stirrup and longitudinal reinforcement yield when confined concrete reaches peak stress.
