［摘要］文中異型高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)在其下部柱的轉(zhuǎn)折部位存在彎矩、軸力外荷載作用且受荷巨大，同時(shí)節(jié)點(diǎn)連接構(gòu)造復(fù)雜，為解決梁柱連接構(gòu)造以及保證節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力性能問題，在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)采用了超大型的鑄鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)。對(duì)鑄鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了有限元分析以及試驗(yàn)研究，結(jié)果表明試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與有限元分析結(jié)果接近，這對(duì)高層復(fù)雜梁柱連接節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)中采用鑄鋼件提供一定的參考和借鑒作用，同時(shí)試驗(yàn)中25 000/kN的加載也創(chuàng)下了國內(nèi)建筑鑄鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)的加載記錄。

Design and experiment for large size cast-steel joints of the heterotypic steel structure for high-rise building

Abstract:The complex constitution is used in the pivotal point of the column of heterotypic high-rise steel structure with gigantic moment and axial force. The cast-steel joint is used for the complex constitution and construction safety. Finite element analysis and experiment research for the joints are also recommended. The results of the experiment research and finite element analysis are resemble. The research work may be a reference for similar heterotypic steel high-rise building with complex beam-column joints used of cast-steel. At the same time, a record for loading of cast-steel joints trial in domestic with the 25 000 kN loading was made.
