[摘要]中國航海博物館帆體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)三鉸拱的3個節(jié)點及邊箱梁底部節(jié)點均采用關(guān)節(jié)軸承節(jié)點的形式以滿足完全鉸接的構(gòu)造要求。因在不同荷載組合下,節(jié)點處可能承受拉力也可能承受壓力,使得軸承節(jié)點的構(gòu)造極其復雜。為驗證此軸承節(jié)點的受力性能和承載力,進行了一個1/2縮尺模型試驗和有限元分析。試驗結(jié)果表明,在3.77倍的設(shè)計荷載水平作用下節(jié)點沒有發(fā)生破壞,其極限承載力完全滿足設(shè)計要求。試驗結(jié)果和數(shù)值分析結(jié)果表明,該節(jié)點具有足夠的安全性,滿足工程應用的要求。

Experimental research on load capacity of the bearing joints in Chinese Navigation Museum

Abstract:The bearing joints were used in the three-pin arch and the side girder beam bottom in Chinese Navigation Museum in order to satisfy with the qualification of flexible joints. Both tension and compression maybe occur in this joint for different kind of load combinations, which lead to the complex structure of the bearing joint. In order to know about the behavior and ultimate capacity of this kind of joints, one specimen scaled in onetwice proportional to its prototype was tested under monotonic loadings and finite element method (FEM) analysis was carried out. There is no failure phenomenon appearing in the joint under the 3.77 times of the design load and the ultimate load capacity was satisfied with the design qualification. The test results and numerical results proved that the load capacity of the joint could be guaranteed and the performance of the joint was qualified with the engineering.
