有約束后錨固拔出法試驗受力機理及回歸曲線分析

[摘要]采用一種新方法——后錨固拔出法對結構混凝土強度進行檢測,通過對后錨固拔出法檢測混凝土強度試驗混凝土孔壁與膠體界面處微元體應力進行分析可知,后錨固拔出法在反力環(huán)直徑一定的情況下,存在界限破壞深度。進一步推導理論拔出力并總結經(jīng)驗拔出力公式,在此基礎上討論后錨固拔出法檢測混凝土強度的影響因素,利用此研究結果可較準確地檢測混凝土強度,最后通過大量的試驗建立了后錨固拔出法檢測混凝土強度的測強-曲線。[關鍵詞]后錨固拔出法;混凝土強度;受力機理;回歸分析
Regression and analysis of mechanism of pull-out post-anchored method to check concrete strength

Abstract:This paper analyzes pull-out post-anchored method to check concrete strength in the case of various embedment lengths and diameter of reaction rings. The test data and the stress of cubic element are analyzed, which reveals that there is the threshold depth on the condition of definitive diameter, the pullout force will increase with the increase of the diameter of reaction rings and the decrease of threshold depth. Utilizing the conclusion to check the concrete strength is more reliable. The regression line analysis based on the large mounts of experimental data shows that the linear relationship is the best fit curve.
