[摘要]某下沉式廣場根據(jù)地勘部門口頭提出的抗浮水位進行了抗浮設(shè)計,由于地下水位的波動性及抗浮樁設(shè)計施工中的不足,導(dǎo)致下沉廣場出現(xiàn)上浮,結(jié)構(gòu)開裂,并將給相鄰的主體建筑帶來不利影響。在現(xiàn)場施工條件有限的情況下,設(shè)計方面選用了鉆孔錨桿樁作為抗浮事故處理措施,經(jīng)過工藝試驗及承載力試驗,達到了設(shè)計要求,錨桿實施后效果明顯,保證了工程安全和使用功能。

Buoyant resistant accident treatment of a subsiding square

Abstract:One subsiding square has been designed according to the data of underground water level orally given by a geological prospecting section. But owing to the fluctuation of the water level and the insufficient bearing capacity of the buoyantresistancepiles in designing and real construction, the square came to float up and some structural leaks occurred, which also might ruin the safety of its neighbor buildings. Under limited site conditions, related designers selected installing anchor piles as a treatment with the accident. Now through technical experiments and bearing capacity experiments, it has proved that the treatment reached the designing requirement effectively. The application of the anchor pile ensures the safety and the function of the construction.
