[摘要]結(jié)合某客運(yùn)專(zhuān)線(xiàn)雙線(xiàn)整孔簡(jiǎn)支箱梁的孔道摩阻損失試驗(yàn),介紹了預(yù)應(yīng)力束摩阻損失的試驗(yàn)方法,利用最小二乘法對(duì)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,得到了摩阻損失系數(shù)μ和κ的計(jì)算公式及其實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果。結(jié)果表明曲線(xiàn)梁的κ值比直線(xiàn)梁的大,我國(guó)橋涵施工規(guī)范關(guān)于μ值的規(guī)定過(guò)于嚴(yán)格,預(yù)應(yīng)力損失參數(shù)μ,κ值應(yīng)在正式施加預(yù)應(yīng)力之前由現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)確定,以此作為預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和施工的參考依據(jù)。

Research on attrition loss of prestress wire with space curve

Abstract:The experimental method to determine the attrition loss of prestress wire is introduced, combining with the tube frictional resistance loss measurement of single room simple box girders in double lines of a special railway. The data are processed by the least square method, and the calculation formula for frictional factors,μandκ, is obtained. The results show the frictional factorκof curved beams is a little larger than that of straight lined beams, the fixed frictionalμin Chinese national standard is extremely strict, the frictional factorsκandμshould be determined according to the spot experiment before exerting prestress. These parameters obtained provide the foundation for the prestress concrete structure design and construction.
