[摘要]動(dòng)力設(shè)備振動(dòng)過大致使精密儀器不能正常工作,必須采取隔振措施使振動(dòng)的幅值控制在容許范圍以內(nèi)。規(guī)范方法無法得到解析解。采用有限元軟件ANSYS建立動(dòng)力設(shè)備隔振體系的有限元模型,模擬動(dòng)力設(shè)備振動(dòng)下的控制點(diǎn)在不同工況及不同連續(xù)屏障下的振動(dòng)響應(yīng),可得到任意點(diǎn)的動(dòng)力響應(yīng)曲線,為擬建的精密儀器微振動(dòng)控制提供分析數(shù)據(jù)和理論依據(jù)。針對(duì)中國計(jì)量科學(xué)研究院實(shí)驗(yàn)二基地的防微振工程,建立了動(dòng)力設(shè)備擾力作用下包括連續(xù)屏障隔振措施在內(nèi)的三維有限元模型,計(jì)算了相同隔振溝下不同擾頻對(duì)振動(dòng)的影響,控制點(diǎn)振動(dòng)隨隔振溝深度、距離的變化規(guī)律,以及混凝土彈性板、大塊混凝土塊體對(duì)控制點(diǎn)振動(dòng)的影響,為中國計(jì)量科學(xué)研究院實(shí)驗(yàn)二基地的防微振設(shè)計(jì)提供依據(jù)。

Numerical simulation of vibration isolation and response of reference point under continuous isolation gouge

Abstract:Strong vibration of dynamic equipments makes metrology work unaccurately. Measurements to reduce isolation must be taken. Calculation of the vibration of dynamic equipments isn′t universal in Code. The finite element model for vibration isolation of dynamic equipments is built using the finite element software ANSYS, the isolation results are on the basis of which the typical vibration responses under different load cases and different continuous isolation gouge are simulated, any point vibration response can be got. The analysis results are to provide the theoretical and numerical references for microvibration control of Hi-tech facilities. By considering the NIM engineering, the finite element model is built. The influences of disturbing forces with different frequencies on vibration are analyzed under the same isolation gouge. Further the characteristics of typical spot vibrations are discussed in detail with regard to the different depth,the different distance of isolation gouge and concrete slab, concrete block. It can be references for the NIM engineering.
