[摘要]火箭橇滑軌是航空工業(yè)重要的試驗(yàn)設(shè)施,要求具有高精度。由于軌道上滑車(chē)運(yùn)行速度極高,除精度外還要求軌道焊接成數(shù)公里長(zhǎng)且不留任何縫隙,保證軌道必須始終處于張緊受拉的狀態(tài)。重點(diǎn)介紹采用有限元法建立滑軌整體結(jié)構(gòu)分析模型,分析了最大溫差時(shí)長(zhǎng)軌溫度應(yīng)力分布以及基礎(chǔ)、支座、連接件受力,驗(yàn)證現(xiàn)有軌道的安全性,并以計(jì)算結(jié)果為依據(jù)為軌道擴(kuò)建提供方案。

Temperature stress analysis of high accuracy rocket sled rail

Abstract:The rocket sled rail is the important experiment facility to the aviation industry. A long high accuracy rocket rail has already been built. Since the running rate of pulley is extremely high on the rail, except accuracy, it is required that the rail welding round kilometers long not to keep any gap. These will ensure that the rail must be in the tension state all the time. The finite-element model is built for entirety structure of the rail by ANSYS. The temperature stress distribution at the long rail as well as the foundation, the support and the bridge piece at the maximum temperature difference is analyzed. The securities of the rail that has been built are verified. A scheme for the rail to expand on the basis of the calculation and analysis is provided.
