[摘要]某噪聲試驗室由全消聲試驗室、浮筑基礎(chǔ)、進(jìn)排氣消聲裝置及主體結(jié)構(gòu)組成。其中全消聲試驗室為鋼筋混凝土水平矩形筒體,通過浮筑基礎(chǔ)支承在標(biāo)高7.62m的一層樓板上,進(jìn)氣消聲裝置安裝在屋蓋網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)中,排氣消聲裝置通過設(shè)置夾層的結(jié)構(gòu)方式安裝在主體結(jié)構(gòu)上。主體結(jié)構(gòu)采用現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土框排架結(jié)構(gòu)及鋼網(wǎng)架屋蓋,計算主體結(jié)構(gòu)時對網(wǎng)架屋蓋+進(jìn)排氣消聲部分+下部結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行整體分析,剖析了這一特殊復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)的受力特點并提出了簡化的設(shè)計方法。為該類型試驗室的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計提供了經(jīng)驗。

Structural design of a large-size acoustical testing facility

Abstract:The acoustical testing facility is cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame/bent frame structure and steel lattice grids roof are used as the main structure. In calculating the main structure, lattice grids roof and air intake/exhaust muffler and substructure have been analyzed as a whole. Load bearing characteristics and simplified design approach of such sophisticated structure have been summarized, providing precious experience with respect to the structure design involved in this kind of testing facility.
