貴陽體育場(chǎng)體外預(yù)應(yīng)力大懸挑鋼管桁架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)研究

[摘要]貴陽體育中心主體育場(chǎng)49m大懸挑屋蓋,采用了上弦加體外預(yù)應(yīng)力的斜交鋼管桁架結(jié)構(gòu)體系。首先進(jìn)行了基于變形性能的結(jié)構(gòu)體系選型分析,針對(duì)大懸挑結(jié)構(gòu),研究了結(jié)構(gòu)厚跨比、預(yù)起拱、預(yù)應(yīng)力分別對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)體系穩(wěn)定、雙重延性性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,增加懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)厚度、施加預(yù)應(yīng)力均對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)體系穩(wěn)定、雙重延性性能有較大提高,預(yù)起拱對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)體系穩(wěn)定延性性能影響不大。對(duì)預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系首次提出等效平衡荷載概念并計(jì)算分析,用直觀簡(jiǎn)單的等效平衡荷載概念解釋了預(yù)應(yīng)力體系的有效性;對(duì)預(yù)應(yīng)力索鋼轉(zhuǎn)換節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了帶接觸單元的有限元分析,確定了預(yù)應(yīng)力損失及節(jié)點(diǎn)安全性;對(duì)延性性能較差的預(yù)應(yīng)力索單元的延性安全性能進(jìn)行分析確認(rèn)。

Research and analysis on large span external prestressed cantilever pipe truss of Guiyang Sports Center

Abstract:The cantilevered roof of the stadium with 49m long at Guiyang Sports Centre employs a structural steel system of the diagonal in-plane truss with the external prestressing along the top chord. The prior selection of structural system is conducted based on the performance of deformation. The impacts of the height-span ratio and the prestressing ratio on the structural overall stability performance are investigated, the results show that the effects are notable and nonlinear. The preliminary arch camber has slight impact on the overall stability. To identify the validity of the prestressed structural system, the equivalent balanced load is firstly presented on the prestressed structural system, the validity is interpreted by using the concept of that. The contact analysis is conducted for the transfer connection between the prestressed cable and the steel member to recognize the prestressing loss and the connection security, and to analyze and identify the ductility security of the prestressed cable with poor ductility performance.
