北京A380機庫溫度場分布研究

[摘要]大型維修機庫跨度巨大,使用過程中室內溫度場的變化較大,產(chǎn)生的溫度應力對屋蓋結構受力情況會產(chǎn)生很大的影響。采用數(shù)值模擬的方法,對北京A380大跨度機庫工程建立有限元模型,考慮氣象條件、太陽輻射、對流換熱等條件的綜合影響,系統(tǒng)分析了屋頂網(wǎng)架上、下弦平面的溫度分布情況以及隨時間變化的規(guī)律,為A380機庫結構的溫度作用分析提供了較為可靠的依據(jù)。

Analysis on temperature field distribution of Beijing A380 Aircraft Hangar

Abstract:Long-span roof structure often used in large aircraft hangar will be influenced by temperature stress caused by variation of temperature field inside during employment. However, relative researches are rare. By numerical simulation method, a FEA model of long-span hangar has been established for Beijing A380 Aircraft Hangar to analyze the temperature distribution and variation of upper and lower chord in grid structural roof taking account of meteorological condition, solar radiation and heat convection etc. It offers reliable basis for calculation of temperature stress of A380 hangar.
