東航航線/STARCO大修機(jī)庫結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

[摘要]浦東國際機(jī)場東航航線機(jī)庫/STARCO大修機(jī)庫維修大廳為大跨度空曠建筑,屋蓋采用三層平板型鋼網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu),平面上三邊設(shè)有鋼筋混凝土柱支承,沿結(jié)構(gòu)跨度方向的一邊無落地支承,采用大跨度鋼桁架作為邊緣構(gòu)件,支承屋蓋網(wǎng)架。該機(jī)庫為我國規(guī)定對大跨度機(jī)庫進(jìn)行抗震超限審查后的第一個工程。介紹了超限大跨機(jī)庫結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計要點和應(yīng)采取的相應(yīng)抗震措施,主要針對屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)選型、平面不規(guī)則性控制及結(jié)構(gòu)性能化設(shè)計等幾方面問題展開論述,初步探討了超限大跨機(jī)庫結(jié)構(gòu)的位移角限值。

Structure design of Air Eastern line hangar and STARCO overhaul hangar

Abstract:The hall of the Air Eastern line hangar and STARCO overhaul hangar at Pudong International Airport is a large span and wide space structure. Three layers of plate-like space truss are applied for the roof system. Reinforced concrete column supports are set for the roof system at three sides of the plane. For the side along span direction, which has no supports from the ground, long-span steel truss is adopted as flange member to support roof system. Eastern airlines hangar and STARCO hangar are the first project to be examined since the out-of-codes seismic review on the long-span hangars was authorized. The main points of the design and corresponding seismic fortification measures of the out-of-code long-span hangar are introduced. The issues on  roof system, the control of plane irregularity and the performance based seismic design are addressed. And the allowable value of drift angle of frequent earthquake of the out-of-code long-span hangar is discussed primarily.
