[摘要]通過四點受彎試驗,研究了鋼纖維摻量對輕骨料混凝土荷載-撓度曲線的影響。借助于ASTM-C 1018法、ASTM-C 1399法、JSCE-SF4法、剩余強(qiáng)度法和PCSm法這五種方法,得出不同方法下的鋼纖維輕骨料混凝土彎曲韌性指標(biāo)。通過與不同鋼纖維摻量下鋼纖維輕骨料混凝土荷載-撓度曲線的變化規(guī)律相對比,提出更加適用于衡量鋼纖維輕骨料混凝土韌性的評價方法。結(jié)果表明,剩余強(qiáng)度法所求得的鋼纖維輕骨料混凝土韌性指標(biāo)隨鋼纖維摻量變化規(guī)律與荷載\-撓度曲線隨鋼纖維摻量變化規(guī)律相一致,可以用來衡量鋼纖維輕骨料混凝土的韌性。

Comparative study of evaluation methods for toughness index in steel fiber reinforced

lightweight aggregate concrete

Abstract:By four-point bending test, the influence of steel fiber content on the load-deflection curve of steel fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete was investigated. Five methods of ASTM-C 1018, ASTM-C 1399, JSCE-SF4, residual strength method and PCSm were employed to obtain flexural toughness index of steel fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete respectively. The changing laws of load-deflection curves of steel fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete with different steel fiber mixtures were compared, and the optimal evaluation method for measuring the flexural toughness of steel fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete was proposed. The results show that for residual strength method, obtained changing law of flexural toughness index along with steel fiber mixture is in accordance with the changing law of load-deflection curve along with steel fiber mixture. And the residual strength method can be used to measure the toughness of steel fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete.
