［摘要］對(duì)采用廢棄混凝土經(jīng)過(guò)破碎得到的再生粗骨料，分別以30%，40%，50%，60%，70%取代率制備再生混凝土進(jìn)行抗凍試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明，經(jīng)過(guò)100次凍融循環(huán)后，各種再生粗骨料取代率的試件均滿足抗凍性指標(biāo)的要求。通過(guò)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的分析處理，并綜合考慮質(zhì)量損失率和相對(duì)動(dòng)彈性模量?jī)蓚€(gè)指標(biāo)后認(rèn)為，再生粗骨料的最優(yōu)取代率在50%左右。

Experimental research on the optimal replacement ratio of recycled coarse

aggregate based on the frost resistance

Abstract:Freeze-thaw cycle tests were carried out on recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) containing the recycled coarse aggregate, which is obtained by breaking wasted concrete, with different replacement ratios of 30%,40%,50%,60% and 70%. Results show that after 100 times of freeze-thaw cycles, frost resistance requirements of all RAC specimens with different replacement ratios can be achieved. Through the data analysis and processing, it′s proposed that the optimal replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate is about 50% considering the mass loss rate and the relative dynamic modulus of elasticity.
