[摘要]鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)的抗倒塌能力與其破壞機(jī)制密切相關(guān),最理想的機(jī)制是梁鉸機(jī)制,即“強(qiáng)柱弱梁”型框架結(jié)構(gòu)。研究表明,柱端彎矩增大系數(shù)(COF)對“強(qiáng)柱弱梁”型框架結(jié)構(gòu)的形成有很大的影響,當(dāng)COF大于2時,結(jié)構(gòu)基本上只發(fā)生梁鉸失效模式的破壞。采用現(xiàn)行《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》(GB 50010—2010)提供的梁、柱受彎承載力計算公式,根據(jù)6組不同設(shè)防烈度下鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)實配鋼筋施工圖,求出梁、柱節(jié)點(diǎn)的COF值。對不符合“強(qiáng)柱弱梁”要求的框架結(jié)構(gòu)梁、柱實配配筋進(jìn)行調(diào)整,COF最小值取1.1~1.2左右??芍诤庇龅卣鹱饔孟?,一級抗震等級框架結(jié)構(gòu)基本上只發(fā)生梁鉸失效模式的破壞。建議規(guī)范將二、三級抗震等級框架結(jié)構(gòu)的COF按照梁端實配鋼筋計算,確??蚣芙Y(jié)構(gòu)最終施工圖能夠真正實現(xiàn)“強(qiáng)柱弱梁”的概念設(shè)計。

Formation factor analysis of strong column-weak beam typed real reinforced frame structure

Abstract:Collapse capability of reinforced concrete frame structure is closely related to its failure mechanism and the most ideal mechanism is beam-hinge mechanism, namely strong column-weak beam typed frame structure. Research shows that Column Overdesign Factor(COF)has a great influence on the formation of strong column-weak beam typed frame structure. When COF is more than 2, the structure basically only produces beam-hinge failure mode. The beam and column flexural bearing capacity calculation formulas provided by the present Code for design of concrete structures (GB 50010—2010) were used to calculate COF values of the beam and column nodes according to the real reinforced construction drawings of 6 groups of reinforced concrete frame structures under different seismic fortification intensities. The real reinforced of frame structure columns and beams were adjusted if they are inconsistent with the strong column-weak beam requirements, and the minimum value of COF is about 1.1~1.2. It is known that under the rare earthquake, basically only beam-hinge failure mode occurs in frame structure with first seismic level. It is suggested that COF of frame structures with second and third seismic levels should be calculated according to the real reinforced beam end conditions in concrete code, to ensure that the conceptual design of strong column and weak beam can be truly achieved in final construction drawings of frame structures.
