［摘要］對大底盤、多塔樓大跨度框架建筑的樁筏基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了一些探討，提出了改善大底盤受力情況的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法。通過調(diào)節(jié)樁筏基礎(chǔ)剛度，調(diào)整板厚、柱下承臺(tái)厚度、樁長、樁數(shù)和樁徑，優(yōu)化沉降等值線和底板應(yīng)力變化梯度的分布，使其達(dá)到最優(yōu)。從樁筏基礎(chǔ)優(yōu)化的角度來看，可采用主樓下加密布樁、裙房相對削弱的方式，綜合考慮規(guī)范、施工和建筑使用的要求，得到最合理值。工程實(shí)測結(jié)果與計(jì)算結(jié)果較為接近。

Optimization of piles-raft foundation design for multiple towers with big chassis

Abstract:In order to improve the performance of big chassis, some piles-raft foundation design concepts for the multiple towers with big chassis and big span are discussed. The settlement isoline and grades of plain strain are optimized by changing the -foundation′s- stiffness, thickness of plate, length, number and diameter of piles. The best results can be got by adding piles under the main building, weakening the podium′s stiffness and considering all the code and construction demand. The measured effect is close to the calculation.
