[摘要]山東大乳山西黃島Y形產(chǎn)權(quán)式度假酒店位于烈度低、風(fēng)壓大的地區(qū),采用剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中存在以下問題:平面為不規(guī)則的Y形,結(jié)構(gòu)抗側(cè)與抗扭剛度不足;由于平面不規(guī)則且中部筒體樓板開設(shè)洞口,導(dǎo)致樓板受力較為復(fù)雜;結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中風(fēng)荷載起控制作用。針對(duì)以上的問題,提出了三種結(jié)構(gòu)方案,并通過對(duì)比分析優(yōu)選了結(jié)構(gòu)方案;通過采用SATWE,MIDAS/GenYJK三種軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行的整體分析。結(jié)果表明,所優(yōu)選的結(jié)構(gòu)方案具備較好的抗扭與抗側(cè)剛度;通過采用YJK軟件對(duì)樓板進(jìn)行的應(yīng)力分析發(fā)現(xiàn),各肢結(jié)合部位樓板存在應(yīng)力集中,提出了對(duì)此部位的加強(qiáng)措施;根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)提出了結(jié)構(gòu)的抗風(fēng)性能化設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)該結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行Pushover分析,討論了結(jié)構(gòu)不同階段的受力性能,并采取了相應(yīng)的加強(qiáng)措施。

Structural analysis of Y-shaped property hotel on Xihuang Island

Abstract:The Y-shaped property hotel on Xihuang Island in Shandong Darushan is located in area with low seismic intensity and large wind pressure. The hotel adopts shear wall structural system. In the structural design, the following problems exist: the plane is irregular Y-shaped with insufficient torsion and lateral-resisting rigidity of the structure; and the stress of the floor is complex due to irregular plane and floor openings in central part of the tube; wind load is dominant load in structural design. In view of the above problems, three structural schemes were proposed and the structural scheme was optimized through comparative analyses. Three softwares of SATWE, MIDAS/Gen and YJK were used to carry out overall analyses of the structure. Analyses show that the preferred structural scheme has good torsion stiffness and lateral stiffness; the stress analysis carried out on the floor by YJK software shows that stress concentration exists in floors that are in connection parts between wall limbs and strengthening measures were proposed to these parts; performance-based wind-resistant structural design was proposed according to performance-based seismic structural design. Pushover analysis was carried out on the structure to discuss mechanical behaviors of the structure in different stages, and corresponding strengthening measures were taken.
