[摘要]針對(duì)現(xiàn)有需要多次組模澆筑的固定模位式復(fù)合墻板模具拆卸困難、內(nèi)葉墻模具達(dá)不到使用壽命和每套模具只能生產(chǎn)一種墻板等缺點(diǎn),采用三維設(shè)計(jì)軟件SKETCHUP與AUTOCAD平面制圖相結(jié)合的設(shè)計(jì)方法對(duì)固定模位式復(fù)合墻板模具進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),并采用SAP2000軟件對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的復(fù)合墻板模具受力狀態(tài)進(jìn)行計(jì)算模擬分析,對(duì)其底模及底模支架和內(nèi)葉墻模具的承載力和剛度進(jìn)行校核。復(fù)合墻板模具在模擬計(jì)算分析過(guò)程中,其承載力和剛度均滿(mǎn)足相應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。通過(guò)計(jì)算模擬分析表明:設(shè)計(jì)的模具能在各種工況條件下正常使用。

Simulation calculation analysis of composite wallboard mould design

Abstract: In view of shortcomings of composite wallboard mould in fixed mode type of multiple assembly mould pouring, inner lobe mould can not reach life, each mold can only produce a wallboard and so on, the fixed mode composite wallboard mould was designed combining three-dimensional design software SKETCHUP and AUTOCAD. Thestress state of composite wallboard mould was calculated and analyzed using the SAP2000 software, the bearing capacity and stiffness of each part of thebottom mould and bottomm stent and inner lobe mould of composite wallboard in fixed mode type were checked. In the process of simulation calculation analysis of composite wallboard mould, bearing capacity and stiffness meet the corresponding standards. Simulation calculation analysis shows that the composite wallboard mould design can be normally used in all kinds of conditions.
