[摘要]采用彈塑性時(shí)程分析法研究高層隔震建筑的抗震性能。對20層的框架、框-結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震和隔震效果進(jìn)行了對比分析,結(jié)果表明,抗震結(jié)構(gòu)只能減小層間位移,其上部結(jié)構(gòu)的地震反應(yīng)加速度遠(yuǎn)大于隔震結(jié)構(gòu)的。大震時(shí),抗震結(jié)構(gòu)的非結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件損壞,內(nèi)部設(shè)備傾倒,易造成次生災(zāi)害;大震后結(jié)構(gòu)受損。應(yīng)用隔震技術(shù)后,高層建筑在大震時(shí),上部結(jié)構(gòu)仍處在彈性狀態(tài),可以有效維持結(jié)構(gòu)的功能,減少大震后對受損建筑的維修工作。隔震后的結(jié)構(gòu)加速度響應(yīng)顯著降低,有利于保持建筑使用功能和提高地震時(shí)人員的舒適度。在目前對結(jié)構(gòu)的地震反應(yīng)仍然有很多不明確因素的狀態(tài)下,采用隔震措施是一種有效防止結(jié)構(gòu)受損的手段。

Study on dynamic characteristics of base isolated high-ise building

Abstract:The earthquake response analysis of high-ise building is carried out using elastic-lastic time history analysis method. Four 20-tory buildings of reinforced concrete frame structure, frame-hear wall structure, base isolated reinforced concrete frame structure and base isolated frame-hear wall structure, are respectively considered. It is verified that the maximum story drift of the seismic design structures decreases whereas the maximum acceleration response of seismic design structures is larger than that of the isolated structures. The seismic design buildings sustain plastic damage. The nonstructural components and equipments in these buildings are injured under severe earthquake. However, the superstructure of base isolated building remains elastic state and can still be used after earthquake. The acceleration response of the isolated building is reduced remarkablely. It is advantage to maintain function and keep people comfortable. Although there are many uncertain factors affecting the response of the structure under earthquake, base isolation is one of the best ways to prevent high-ise buildings from earthquake damage.
