［摘要］對多層砌體房屋教學(xué)樓的抗震性能進(jìn)行了分析，著重探討了縱墻承重結(jié)構(gòu)體系的教學(xué)樓建筑的抗震性能，分析了構(gòu)造柱在縱橫墻交接處設(shè)置，圈梁僅在縱橫墻上設(shè)置和構(gòu)造柱在縱橫墻、外縱墻與每個橫向軸線交接處設(shè)置，圈梁在構(gòu)造柱對應(yīng)部位設(shè)置的兩類縱墻承重結(jié)構(gòu)體系教學(xué)樓在抗震能力方面存在的主要問題，在分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出了這類房屋加固應(yīng)采取的措施。

Seismic capacity analysis of multi-tory masonry teaching building with load-earing of longitudinal wall

Abstract:The seismic behavior of multi-tory masonry teaching building is analyzed, and the seismic behavior of teaching building with load-earing structural system of longitudinal wall is discussed mainly. It also analyzes the main problems of teaching building with two kinds of load-earing structure system of longitudinal wall in the aspect of seismic capacity including the design that constructional columns are set at the connections of longitudinal and lateral walls and circle beams are just set on the longitudinal and lateral walls, and the other design that constructional columns are set at the connections of longitudinal and lateral walls or outer longitudinal walls and every lateral axis and circle beams are set at the corresponding position of constructional columns. Based on analysis and study, it proposes the measures that should be adopted to reinforce this kind of building.
