［摘要］探討了校舍建筑檢測(cè)鑒定中的抗震檢測(cè)鑒定程序、抗震檢測(cè)鑒定相適用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、建筑現(xiàn)狀質(zhì)量檢測(cè)的內(nèi)容和方法、結(jié)構(gòu)安全與抗震鑒定的內(nèi)容和綜合評(píng)價(jià)的方法，分析總結(jié)了多層砌體校舍抗震性能方面存在的主要問(wèn)題，提出了解決既有多層砌體校舍抗震能力主要問(wèn)題的對(duì)策。

Study of several problems on seismic test and appraisal of multi-tory masonry school building

Abstract:The program of seismic test and appraisal, the applicable standards for seismic test and appraisal of school building, the contents and methods of quality test of current status on buildings, the contents and comprehensive evaluation method of structure safety and seismic appraisal during the test and appraisal of multi-tory masonry school buildings are discussed. The current main problems on the seismic behavior of multi-tory masonry school building are analyzed and summarized. The countermeasures on the main problems of seismic capacity of existing multi-story masonry school building are proposed.
