[摘要]在利用掃描電鏡檢測、XRD射線衍射以及超聲波檢測等微觀手段獲得鋼筋混凝土簡支梁截面溫度場分布的前提下,通過高溫后鋼筋的彈性模量與常溫下鋼筋的彈性模量的比值計算鋼筋的彈性模量折減系數(shù)。根據(jù)梁截面溫度場分布確定鋼筋混凝土簡支梁截面折減系數(shù)。依據(jù)平截面假定,建立高溫后鋼筋混凝土受彎構件短期剛度計算模型。通過與試驗所得數(shù)據(jù)的比較,結果吻合較好,說明了該計算方法的有效性,從而為高溫后混凝土簡支梁的結構安全評估以及修復加固提供了必要的理論依據(jù)。

Investigation on the calculation of stiffen of simply supported reinforced
concrete beams after high temperature

Abstract: The premise is that the temperature field distribution of reinforced concrete beams is acquired by microstructure method, such as scanning electron microscope, X ray diffraction and ultrasonic test result. The reduction coefficient of elastic modulus of steel bar was calculated by the ratio of elastic modulus of steel bar after high temperature and elastic modulus of steel bar in ordinary temperature. Section reduction coefficient of reinforced simple-supported concrete beams was confirmed by the temperature field distribution of beams. In accordance with the plane-section assumption, calculation model of short-term stiffness for reinforced concrete beam was established. The comparison of calculation results and experimental results was good agreement, which illustrates the calculation method was effective, and what was more, this calculation model can supply necessary theory support to the structural safety assessment and reinforcement of reinforced concrete simple-supported beams.
