[摘要]以杭州市蕭山區(qū)某豎向構(gòu)件不連續(xù)、平面不規(guī)則的高層建筑為分析對象。首先根據(jù)場地和結(jié)構(gòu)體系特點,分別為整體結(jié)構(gòu)和關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件指定了抗震性能目標。然后采用SATWE和MIDAS二種程序?qū)Y(jié)構(gòu)進行了多遇地震作用下的彈性分析;設(shè)防地震作用下,框支框架及加強區(qū)剪力墻等關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的承載力驗算;罕遇地震下非線性動力彈塑性分析。同時,應(yīng)用彈性反應(yīng)譜法分析樓板應(yīng)力,并且對樓板薄弱區(qū)進行了中震反應(yīng)譜下的截面承載力驗算。按照小中震設(shè)計和大震復(fù)核的基本思路分析,結(jié)果表明項目能滿足擬定的抗震性能目標。

Feasibility analysis of a tall building structure beyond code limits in Hangzhou

Abstract: The analysis object is a high-rise building with discontinuous vertical member and irregular plane in Xiaoshan district in Hangzhou City. Firstly, the seismic performance targets for the overall structure and the key structural members were specified, according to the site classification and structural characteristics. Elastic analysis under the frequently occurred earthquake and nonlinear dynamic elastic plastic analysis under the rare earthquake were performed by SATWE and MIDAS software. Bearing capacity of the key structural members, such as, the conversion frame and the reinforced shear wall, under the medium earthquake were checked by MIDAS. Meanwhile, Stress analysis of elastic slab was performed by the elastic response spectrum method, and the bearing capacity of the weak area of the floor was carried out under the medium earthquake response spectrum. Based on the basic idea of frequent and medium earthquake design and rare earthquake check, the results show that the project can meet the proposed performance objectives.
