［摘要］安徽蚌埠醫(yī)學(xué)院第二附屬醫(yī)院新建院區(qū)使用功能包括病房樓、門診醫(yī)技樓等，結(jié)合醫(yī)院結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，通過分析計算大型醫(yī)院結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中常見的問題，總結(jié)了解決該類問題的方法和思路，為解決該類實際工程提供參考?；谄矫鎻?fù)雜的大型醫(yī)院建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方案設(shè)計，通過幾種結(jié)構(gòu)布置方式的計算、比較及分析，詳細(xì)研究了頂層報告廳抽柱形成的大跨所采用的最優(yōu)布置方式，方案采用空腹樓蓋+鋼筋混凝土暗梁的結(jié)構(gòu)布置方式，既能滿足建筑對于凈高的要求，又能保證其在正常使用及承載情況下的安全性要求。對于靜定長懸臂梁的結(jié)構(gòu)安全設(shè)計，采用拉桿的處理方式，并相應(yīng)采取一系列構(gòu)造加強措施，能夠確保其具有足夠的承載力。此外，對于如何解決病房樓超長、門診醫(yī)技樓平面不規(guī)則等問題也進行了分析，可供設(shè)計人員參考。

Structural design on the New Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College

Abstract: The New Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College buildings compose of the ward, outpatient medical technology building, etc.. In combination with the hospital structural design, by analyzing and calculating common problems of large hospitals, methods and ideas were summed up to solve the kind of problem and provided reference to solve practical engineering. Based on the structural design of large and complicated structures, the common problems and the solutions in the design of large-scale structure of hospital were analyzed. By detail calculation and analysis of different structure projects, the optimal structure for the large span of the top floor lecture hall was designed. In the optimal project, the hollow floor combined with the reinforced concrete concealed-beams structure was selected to satisfy the requirement of high clear height and safety performance. As for safety design of the statically determinate long cantilever beam, davit and corresponding strengthening measures were taken to make sure the high bearing capacity. Besides, other design problems were also analyzed, including super-long of ward, irregular plane of outpatient and medical technology building, etc., which can offer reference for similar structure design.
