[摘要]吳江某辦公樓為一超限高層建筑,總高度98.28m,所帶裙房高度26.23m。存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)、體型豎向收進(jìn)、塔樓偏置等超限情況。采用了抗震性能化方法對結(jié)構(gòu)各關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件進(jìn)行設(shè)計;采用了兩種軟件對主體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行小震彈性、中震彈性和不屈服、大震不屈服分析,對薄弱部位采取加強措施。計算結(jié)果表明,該結(jié)構(gòu)總體指標(biāo)均能滿足規(guī)范要求,可以達(dá)到預(yù)期的抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Structural design of complex office building inWujiang

Abstract: The office building in Wujiang City is a high-rise building beyond code-specification and the building′s height is 98.28m, the podium′s height is 26.23m. Some conditions beyond code-specification as follows, reverse, discontinuous floor, vertical structural setback and the bias. Performance-based seismic design method was used to design the key structural members in the engineering, the main structure was analyzed by two software, including elastic analysis under frequently occurred earthquake, elastic and yield analysis under fortification earthquake, yield analysis under rarely occurred earthquake, to take measures to strengthen the weak parts. The results show that the structure can satisfy the requirement of criterions in overall index and can achieve the expected seismic performance objectives.
