[摘要]津?yàn)硰V場(chǎng)8號(hào)樓主樓結(jié)構(gòu)高度238.60m,采用型鋼混凝土框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,工程存在超B級(jí)高度、塔樓偏置、豎向構(gòu)件不連續(xù)、扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則等多項(xiàng)超限,屬?gòu)?fù)雜超限高層建筑。介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)體系布置、型鋼混凝土框架中型鋼設(shè)置高度、雙重抗側(cè)力體系、抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)、動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程分析等內(nèi)容。采用SATWE和ETABS兩個(gè)軟件進(jìn)行彈性分析,結(jié)構(gòu)的層間位移角、周期比、層間受剪承載力比等參數(shù)均滿足規(guī)范要求;采用SATWE軟件進(jìn)行彈性時(shí)程分析和中震計(jì)算;采用EPDA軟件進(jìn)行大震下的動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程分析。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)具備較好的承載力和變形能力。

Structural design of No. 8 super high-rise building of Jinwan Square

Abstract: The No. 8 main building of Jinwan Square with structural height of 238.60m, which adopts mixed structural system of steel reinforced concrete frame and reinforced concrete core wall, is an out-of-code high-rise structure that exceeds the height of level B, the main tower has eccentric position, with several exceed-limit items as discontinuity of vertical members, torsion irregularity. Structure layout, height of steel in the steel reinforced concrete frame and dual lateral-resistance system were introduced, performance-based seismic design and dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis were presented. Programs of SATWE and ETABS were used to carry out the integral structural elastic analysis, parameters as inter-story drift to story height ratio, period ratio and inter-story shear capacity ratio meet the requirements of the code. SATWE program was used to carry out the elastic time-history analysis and calculation under moderate earthquake. EPDA program was used to make the dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake. Analysis results show that the main structure has well bearing capacity and deformation ability.
