強(qiáng)夯模型試驗(yàn)研究

[摘要]為了研究強(qiáng)夯法的加固機(jī)理,加固效果以及強(qiáng)夯過程中的一些規(guī)律,基于相似原理,設(shè)計(jì)了4000 kN·m能級相似模型試驗(yàn),分析了夯錘沖擊過程的加速度、速度、位移動(dòng)態(tài)變化規(guī)律,單點(diǎn)夯沉量與夯擊次數(shù)變化關(guān)系以及有效加固深度影響因素,對夯擊能量進(jìn)行了耗散分析。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:夯錘加速度曲線呈現(xiàn)單峰曲線,強(qiáng)夯荷載沖擊過程是一次三角形的單一脈沖荷載行程,動(dòng)應(yīng)力時(shí)程曲線呈拋物線形衰減,單點(diǎn)夯沉量隨著夯擊次數(shù)的增加,初期單擊夯沉量大,單擊夯沉量快速減小,速率逐漸變緩;后期單擊夯沉量比較小,其變化率趨于穩(wěn)定,收斂于某一值。在試驗(yàn)條件下,給出了強(qiáng)夯施工的技術(shù)指標(biāo),在已有的有效加固深度計(jì)算公式上,建立了量綱統(tǒng)一的有效加固深度的計(jì)算公式。

Abstract In order to study the reinforcement mechanism of the dynamic compaction method, the reinforcement effect and some regularity in the process of dynamic compaction, based on the similarity principle, the design of indoor model test apparatus, through the device with different energy level dynamic compaction for the indoor model test research and the quantity analysis of the single-point tamping heavy tamping times the relationship between the law and the changing rule of the dynamic stress of soil, the changing rule of the rammer acceleration. According to the deformation of rock mass dissipation theory, analyzed the tamping energy dissipation test results show that the amount of single-point tamping sink gradually reduce with the increase of the number of passes, the cumulative amount of ram sink gradually increase with the increase of the number of passes, and increased with the increase of the depth of the attenuation of dynamic stress, with the improvement of degree of order and stability, tamping ordered degree can be used to maintain and improve the system itself and the stability of energy reduction, spread outward transfer energy increase.
