[摘要]溫州平陽萬達廣場位于溫州市平陽縣鰲江鎮(zhèn),由9棟百米高層住宅、二層商鋪、地下車庫和大商業(yè)組成,住宅結構類型為剪力墻結構,商鋪等結構類型為框架結構。項目地處沿海,地質情況復雜,地下30m深范圍基本為淤泥質土,無法作為建筑有效持力層。采用為鉆孔灌注樁樁基礎形式,通過前期土質原位試驗修正并結合試樁,在滿足設計單樁承載力要求的前提下,采用后注漿工藝將樁長由90m優(yōu)化至60m左右,避免了樁基穿越卵石層及樁長過長帶來的施工質量難于控制等問題,極大地節(jié)省了工程成本、工期,降低了施工難度。

Case analysis of pile foundation of Wenzhou Pingyang Wanda plaza

Abstract: The Wenzhou Pingyang Wanda plaza is located in Aojiang town, Pingyang county, Wenzhou city, and is composed of nine hundreds of meters high-rise residential, shops on the second floor, underground garage and large commercial. Residential structure is the shear wall structure and the shop on the second floor is frame structure. Project is located in the coastal, geological conditions is complicated, scope of 30m deep underground basic for silt soil, which is not as effective bearing layer of building. Bored cast-in-situ pile was adopted as basic form of pile fondation. Throught through early soil correction combined with the test pile in situ experiment, pile length by about 90m optimization to 60m was optimized by after grouting process on the premise of meeting the requirements of the design bearing capacity of single pile, which avoids the pile foundation through the pebble layer and the construction quality of pile length is too long to bring difficult to control, greatly save the project cost and time limit for a project, reduce the construction difficulty .
