［摘要］馨雅名庭住宅小區(qū)位于上海奉賢，該小區(qū)為8棟17，18層剪力墻結構住宅，且與各棟住宅圍合的超長地下兩層車庫全部連通，形成多棟住宅樓嵌固在地下車庫頂板上的大底盤多塔樓結構。重點介紹8棟高層住宅與地下車庫的上部結構設計及超長地下車庫的設計，并提出了地下車庫設計計算中應對施工不利因素的考慮，以保證結構安全可靠。

High-rise residential building and underground garage structural design in Xinya Mingting

Abstract: Xinyan Mingting, which is a residence community consist of 8 17, 18 floor shear wall structured buildings, located in Fengxian district in Shanghai. The two level underground garages of each building were connected to the other′s as a whole underground structure, forms a multi- tower structure with a large podium at bottom embedded on the upper plate of underground garage. The structure designs of both the underground garage of each single building and the super long underground garage of the whole community were emphasized. To make sure the construction is safe and reliable, various unfavorable factors which should be considered by the construction scheme were also concerned。
