［摘要］針對太原紅星美凱龍項(xiàng)目地下結(jié)構(gòu)采用基坑周邊逆作法施工，采用的“豎向分層、水平分段開挖”、豎向結(jié)構(gòu)一段式插筋施工工藝、結(jié)構(gòu)型鋼柱倒插式施工工藝、自上而下分層、水平分段階梯降水等各種關(guān)鍵技術(shù)不僅能夠保證工程的質(zhì)量和安全，也獲得很好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益，從而可為北方地區(qū)類似工程提供參考。

Abstract： For Taiyuan Redstar projects of underground structure by surrounding foundation pit top-down construction method, the “vertical stratification, horizontal section excavation”, a vertical structure in reinforcing bars in the construction process, structure type steel column inverted construction technology, top-down hierarchical, level segmentation step precipitation and other key technology not only can guarantee quality and safety of the project, but also can get good economic benefit and social benefit, which can provide reference for similar projects in the northern region.
