北京財富中心二期辦公樓超高層結(jié)構(gòu)體系設計研究

[摘要]北京財富中心二期辦公樓結(jié)構(gòu)總高度265m,將成為繼國貿(mào)三期A座之后,8度抗震區(qū)北京的第二高樓和采用鋼管混凝土框架+鋼筋混凝土核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系最高的建筑。建筑平面長寬比達到1.5,通過合理布置及專業(yè)協(xié)調(diào),有效降低了扭轉(zhuǎn)效應對超高層結(jié)構(gòu)的不利影響。結(jié)構(gòu)沿豎向設置了四道含伸臂桁架和腰桁架的加強層,并將組合鋼板剪力墻應用于核心筒底部加強區(qū),有效地增強了結(jié)構(gòu)的整體抗側(cè)剛度,改善了其抗震性能,同時也減小了墻體厚度及自重。外框柱通高采用大直徑圓鋼管混凝土柱,有效減小了截面尺寸及用鋼量。對結(jié)構(gòu)進行了彈性及彈塑性動力時程分析,采取有效措施,降低了高柔結(jié)構(gòu)高振型對結(jié)構(gòu)頂部鞭梢效應的不利影響,提高了整體安全度。結(jié)構(gòu)設計在規(guī)范基礎上,滿足了全國抗震審查專家組提出的一系列超限措施要求,其整體結(jié)構(gòu)方案和構(gòu)件選型在用鋼量、防火性能、風載舒適度等方面體現(xiàn)了明顯的綜合經(jīng)濟性能,成功降低了結(jié)構(gòu)總造價。

Design and study on super high-rise structural system of Beijing Fortune Plaza 2 office tower

Abstract:The Beijing Fortune Plaza 2 office tower is 265m tall  and will become the second tallest building after the CWTC 3A mega tower in Beijing at intensity 8 seismic zone and the tallest building adopting composite structural system composed by concrete filled tube frame and concrete core. The length-to-width ratio is close to 1.5, but unfavorable influence caused by torsional effect is successfully reduced by a rational control on the structural layout. Four strengthene-stories with outriggers and belt trusses are installed to provide additional lateral strength. Composite steel plate wall (CSPW) is adopted in the lower level of the core to increase the lateral stiffness and enhance seismic performance effectively, at the same time reduces the self weight with thinner wall as well.  Large diameter circle concrete filled tube (CFT) column is used in the perimeter frame along overall height, thus greatly reduces the section size and the amount of steel consumption. Based on the elastic and elasto-plastic time history analysis, the effective measures are taken to resist the significant influence from whiplash effect for the tall and slender structure caused by high order models, thus enhanced the structural safety. The seismic design of the tower has satisfied the additional requirements by expert panel review based on the general Chinese seismic codes. The structural scheme and member selection reflect comprehensive economic advantages in aspect of steel tonnage, fire proof and wind comfort, etc. Thus, the construction cost is successfully decreased.
