[摘要]在城市大規(guī)模的地下空間開發(fā)過程中,不可避免地會引起已建成的地下綜合管廊的結(jié)構(gòu)變形,從而可能導致管溝結(jié)構(gòu)的開裂、滲漏水等情況。針對具體工程情況,提出結(jié)合地塊開發(fā)過程,采用微擾動跟蹤注漿的手段進行沉降實時控制,并對沉降控制實踐進行總結(jié)分析。結(jié)果表明,在選用合適的時間段、合理的注漿參數(shù)及可控的施工方案前提下,可以做到控制地下綜合管廊結(jié)構(gòu)在周邊大規(guī)模地下空間開發(fā)過程中結(jié)構(gòu)沉降的良好保護。

Grouting measure of settlement protection of urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery

Abstract: In the process of large-scale underground space development in the city, the structure deformation of the underground pipe gallery is caused inevitably, which may lead to the cracking and leaking water. In view of the specific engineering conditions, the use of micro disturbance tracking grouting method to control the settlement was performed to treat unequal settlement during land development process, and the settlement control practice was summarized. The results show that good protection of underground comprehensive pipe rack structure can be done during the surrounding large-scale underground space development process in the selection of the appropriate time period, reasonable grouting parameters and controllable construction plan.
