[摘要]城市軌道交通能夠較好地改善城市交通擁擠、環(huán)境污染等問題,但其巨額的資金來源和盈利難題正在逐漸成為其不斷發(fā)展的絆腳石。借助香港地鐵的成功經(jīng)驗,介紹了PTR(PPP、TOD、R+P)模式的概念和優(yōu)勢,同時也簡要闡述了其在內(nèi)地城市軌道交通領域的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在問題。隨著眾多政策措施的出臺,推動PTR模式的應用必將有助于城市軌道交通的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

Development of urban rail transit and PTR model

Abstract: Urban rail transit can improve problems of traffic congestion and environmental pollution. However, huge financial resources and profitability issues are becoming big problems for its development. According to the success of Hong Kong′s MTR, the concept and advantages of PTR (PPP, TOD, R+P) model were introduced. Meanwhile, the development status and problems of PTR model in mainland cities were described. With the introduction of a number of policy measures, the application of PTR model will be helpful to the sustainable development of urban rail transit.
