［摘要］1969年至1978年，是我國(guó)全面動(dòng)員大力發(fā)展人民防空建設(shè)的高潮時(shí)期。20世紀(jì)80年代中后期，是我國(guó)城市單體人防工程集中建設(shè)時(shí)期。為提高當(dāng)時(shí)城市面臨空襲時(shí)的作戰(zhàn)能力，我國(guó)各大城市政府及企業(yè)在城區(qū)或城郊修建了大量地下人防工事。這些工事平時(shí)多為地下廣場(chǎng)、旅社、商場(chǎng)、窖藏或通道使用，現(xiàn)隨著城市高層建筑的快速發(fā)展和周邊環(huán)境的變化，其配套使用功能有所改變，需要結(jié)構(gòu)做相應(yīng)調(diào)整改造；從兼顧人防戰(zhàn)時(shí)功能的角度來(lái)看，工程隨現(xiàn)代核武器毀傷能力的提高也函待加固。針對(duì)多年來(lái)已加固的地下人防工事的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)做加固設(shè)計(jì)總結(jié)，以供其他同類型地下人防工事加固設(shè)計(jì)或施工參考。

Research on the practice of strengthening development and utilization of

early civil air defense structure in urban area

Abstract: From 1969 to 1978, it is the climax period of our country′s comprehensive mobilization to develop the civil air defense construction. In the late 80′s, it is the construction period of civil air defense project of city in China. In order to improve the operation ability of the city at that time, the government and enterprises in China built a large number of underground civil air defense works in urban and suburban areas. These fortifications more than usual on the ground floor of the Plaza, hotels, shopping malls, or cellar channel, now with the rapid development of high-rise buildings in the city and surrounding environment changes, the supporting function of the change, structure need to do corresponding adjustment and transformation; from both wartime air defense function of angle of view, engineering with the improvement of modern nuclear weapon damage ability also function to be strengthened. The structural design of the underground civil air defense works have been strengthened for many years, so that we can provide a reference for the design and construction of the same type of underground air defense works.
