[摘要]以義烏萬達廣場項目C,D地塊的地下室底板抗浮設(shè)計為例,對兩種傳統(tǒng)的抗浮錨桿布置方式進行了比較與分析,提出了改進的抗浮錨桿布置方式。并對采用改進的抗浮錨桿布置方式的抗浮錨桿與地下室底板進行分析,結(jié)果表明抗浮錨桿和地下室底板受力均比較均勻。最后對采用不同抗浮錨桿布置方式的基礎(chǔ)造價進行比較,結(jié)果表明,采用改進的抗浮錨桿布置方式的基礎(chǔ)單位面積的經(jīng)濟指標具有較明顯優(yōu)勢。建議在地下室底板的抗浮設(shè)計中采用所提出的改進的抗浮錨桿布置方式。

Reasonable layout and engineering application of anti-floating anchor for
bottom slab of basement

Abstract:The anti-floating designs on bottom slab of basement of C and D blocks in Wanda Plaza in Yiwu were taken for examples to compare and analyze the rationality of two typical layout methods of anti-floating anchors, and improved layout method of anchors was proposed. Then anti-floating anchors and bottom slab of basement were analyzed with improved layout method. The results indicate that the stress of anti-floating anchors and bottom slab of basement are uniform. Construction costs of foundations with different layouts of anchors were compared, and the results indicate that the improved layout of anchor has obvious economic advantages in unit area cost. The improved layout method of anchor is recommended in the anti-floating design of bottom slab of basement.
