鋁合金軸壓構(gòu)件局部穩(wěn)定的設(shè)計方法分析*

[摘要]在主流的鋁合金結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范中,受壓板件局部穩(wěn)定承載力的計算方法主要有以下幾類:有效截面法、許用應(yīng)力法、抗力系數(shù)設(shè)計法/極限狀態(tài)設(shè)計法。現(xiàn)有的研究成果表明,這些計算方法均低估了非加勁板件的承載力、高估了加勁板件的承載力,導(dǎo)致計算結(jié)果不準(zhǔn)確。對266個十字形截面、259個箱形截面和168個工字形截面短柱進(jìn)行有限元分析,并考慮了現(xiàn)有的71組試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,給出不考慮板件間相互作用的有效厚度計算公式。研究結(jié)果表明,給出的建議公式能夠較準(zhǔn)確地計算板件的有效厚度,可以應(yīng)用在工程設(shè)計中。

Local buckling design on aluminum alloy members under axial compression

Abstract:In current design specifications on aluminum alloy structures, there are several methods for calculating local buckling bearing capacity of compressive plates: effective section method, allowable stress method and resistance factor design method/limit state design method. The existing researches show that the above methods have underestimated the bearing capacity of unstiffened plates and overestimated the bearing capacity of stiffened plates, which lead to inaccurate results. Finite element analysis was conducted to study the ultimate bearing capacity of stub columns, including 266 cruciform sections, 259 box sections, 168 I sections and 71 groups of test results. Effective thickness calculation formulas were given which interactions between plates were not considered. The results show that, the proposed calculation formulas give accurate results for calculating the effective thickness of the compressive plates which can be used in engineering design.
