[摘要]依托西澳SINO鐵礦主體項(xiàng)目,基于施工力學(xué)模擬,對(duì)冶金工程模塊化施工結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行研究。對(duì)自磨機(jī)模塊的施工全過(guò)程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬分析,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果修正模型,使設(shè)計(jì)與施工同步進(jìn)行。研究表明:合理的模塊劃分和科學(xué)的施工輔助設(shè)計(jì),能夠保證模塊化建造順利、高效完成。工程項(xiàng)目的順利完成表明,力學(xué)模擬結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)的修正技術(shù)科學(xué)有效,可供其他采用模塊化建造技術(shù)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)參考。

Modular construction technology of large mills in metallurgical engineering

Abstract:Depending on the main project of SINO iron ore in Western Australia, the modular construction structural design in metallurgical engineering was studied based on the construction mechanism simulation. Numerical simulation analysis was conducted on the whole construction process of the autogeneous mill modules and the model was corrected combined with the field dynamic monitoring results. The design was in step with the construction at the same time. The results show that reasonable module partition and scientific construction with computer-aided design can ensure the smooth and efficient completion of modular construction. The project was completed successfully, which is proven that the correction method that combining numerical simulation with field dynamic monitoring technology is reliable and reasonable and supplies the reference for other structural design with modular construction technology.
