防火涂料破損對鋼構(gòu)件溫度分布的影響

[摘要]采用有限元數(shù)值分析得出了防火涂料局部破損后鋼構(gòu)件的溫度分布規(guī)律,提出了臨界破損長度的概念。分析了柱長、防火涂料厚度、截面形狀系數(shù),以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)火災(zāi)升溫時(shí)間對防火涂料局部破損后鋼構(gòu)件溫度分布的影響。給出了破損長度和其影響區(qū)域內(nèi)溫度分布的計(jì)算公式,可供結(jié)構(gòu)抗火性能分析和設(shè)計(jì)參考。

Influence of fire retardant coating damage on temperature distribution of steel members

Abstract:The temperature distribution of steel members with partial fire retardant coating damage is obtained by analysis using finite element method. The definition of critical damage length is proposed and the influence of column length, thickness of fire retardant coating, shape coefficient and temperature-elevation-time of standard fire on temperature distribution along the steel members with partial fire retardant coating damage are analyzed. A calculation approach is presented to compute the temperature of steel members in the part of damage length and its influence area. The approach can be referred by the researchers and engineers to analysis and design steel structure in fire.
