四層框架結構帶基礎整體平移的設計與施工*

摘 要

[摘要]在4層框架結構公寓樓的整體平移中,采用帶條基整體平移的設計方案,通過間隔軸線的施工方法,完成基礎下托換的施工。移動中采用滑動整體平移,通過試驗研究,型鋼滑塊下嵌入聚合物板可以有效的減小摩擦系數(shù),現(xiàn)場頂推測試結果與試驗結果相符合。同時為了減小新老地基間不均勻沉降的影響,在新位基礎采用平板基礎并與原條基進行可靠連接。在移動到位后將行走基礎與原條形基礎底面間的空隙進行二次澆筑完成上部結構與基礎的連接。通過以上的設計與施工保證了公寓樓整體平移工程的順利完成。

Translation design and construction of a four-storey frame structure with foundation

Abstract:A monolithic translation with strip foundation was designed to translate a four-storey frame structure. The underpinning of the foundation was accomplished through interval axes construction method, and the movement way of the monolithic translation is slippage. Based on experimental study, it is found that the formed steel gliding block with polymer plate embed can reduce the friction coefficient effectively, the field push test data match the experimental result well. Flat plate foundation was constructed to connect with the old strip foundation in the new location, in order to minish the effect of asymmetry settlement between the fresh and old foundation. The connection of new foundation and the superstructure was achieved by secondary cast to the interspace between the translation foundation and the underside of the strip foundation when the building was translated to the designed place. Via the above design and construction, the translation project of the apartment block was finished successfully.
