[摘要]制作碳纖維布試件,并對(duì)試件進(jìn)行了為期7d的應(yīng)力松弛試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:碳纖維布存在應(yīng)力松弛現(xiàn)象;隨時(shí)間增長(zhǎng),松弛應(yīng)力增加,總的趨勢(shì)是初期發(fā)展快,后期發(fā)展慢;張拉初始應(yīng)力越高,松弛應(yīng)力越大,但碳纖維布最終留存的應(yīng)力仍較大;初始應(yīng)力持荷時(shí)間對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果影響較大,持荷一定時(shí)間后,碳纖維布應(yīng)力松弛率明顯降低。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)分析、計(jì)算碳纖維布的預(yù)應(yīng)力損失有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。

Experimental study on relaxation of CFS

Abstract:The CFS specimens are made and stress relaxation test of CFS specimens has been prolonged for seven days, the following results are obtained. Firstly, there is stress relaxation with CFS. Secondly, the relaxation stress increases along with the time, and such increase is usually fast at the beginning and slow at later period. Thirdly, the higher the initial tension stress is, the greater the relaxation stress becomes, but the remained stress is still great. Lastly, the constant load time of the initial stress has great influence on results of the test, if maintaining the load for certain time, the stress relaxation of CFS will decrease obviously. The above results of the test will have guiding significance for the analysis and calculation of CFS prestress loss.
