外伸端板中節(jié)點(diǎn)火災(zāi)行為的試驗(yàn)研究

摘 要

[摘要]采用自行研制的火災(zāi)試驗(yàn)爐對(duì)3個(gè)中節(jié)點(diǎn)試件進(jìn)行了抗火試驗(yàn)。試件采用足尺形式,柱長(zhǎng)3 000mm,單側(cè)梁長(zhǎng)1 350mm。通過(guò)試驗(yàn),得到了節(jié)點(diǎn)在同一荷載不同溫度下的溫度-轉(zhuǎn)角關(guān)系。試驗(yàn)表明,端板連接具有良好的延性和抗火能力,節(jié)點(diǎn)的極限轉(zhuǎn)角都超過(guò)了0.03rad;端板厚度對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)破壞溫度和破壞時(shí)的極限轉(zhuǎn)角影響不大;柱腹板設(shè)加勁肋可以明顯提高節(jié)點(diǎn)的破壞溫度和極限轉(zhuǎn)角。最后根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果提出了設(shè)計(jì)和施工建議。

Experimental investigation of the behavior of extended end-plate connections under fire

Abstract:In order to study the fire-resistance behavior of extended end-plate beam-to-column connections in steel frames, three intermediate connections have been tested with the selfmade fire-test furnace. All specimens are full scale, which column is 3 300mm length and beam 1 350mm. From the test results, the relationship between temperatures and angles of rotation is induced. The results of the experiment show that the end-plate connections have excellent behavior of ductility and fire-resistance, and the rotations of connections exceed 0.03 radians. The thickness of end-plate has a little influences on fire-resistance of connections. The column stiffener can improve not only the critical temperature of connections, but also its ultimate angle of rotation. At the end of the paper, suggestions on design and construction based on the experimental results are presented.
