[摘要]針對(duì)外伸端板與T型連接設(shè)計(jì)中考慮撬力影響的問題,利用ANSYS進(jìn)行了三維非線性有限元分析,考慮了材料非線性、幾何非線性、高強(qiáng)螺栓的預(yù)拉力、端板間接觸壓力的影響。證明了撬力的存在以及螺栓拉力的分布是以受壓翼緣位置為轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)中心的梯形分布,提出了外伸端板連接中螺栓拉力的計(jì)算模型。研究了高強(qiáng)螺栓受拉連接采用外伸端板或T型接頭的破壞機(jī)理以及撬力作用計(jì)算理論。介紹了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于外伸端板與T型連接設(shè)計(jì)中考慮撬力作用的端板厚度設(shè)計(jì)方法,為工程設(shè)計(jì)提供了參考依據(jù)。

Design and finite element study on the prying force of high strength bolt in extended end-plate connections

Abstract:The influence of prying force is investigated in extended end-plate and T-shaped joints. The FEM software ANSYS is selected to carry on the 3D non-linear analysis, which includes the effects of the material nonlinearity, the geometric nonlinearity, the pretension of high strength bolt and the contact pressure between end-plates. It is proved that prying force exists and the tensile force’s distribution of high strength bolt is a trapezoid which is rolled by the center of compression flange. It is provided the calculation model of bolt’s tensile force in extended end-plate connections. It analyzes the collapse mechanism for the tensile connection of high strength bolt using extended end-plate or T-shaped joint. The difference of design method about joints with other countries is investigated in considering prying force calculation. It provides reasonable reference for design of steel structure.
