[摘要]對(duì)上海浦東國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)T2航站樓張弦梁下弦-腹桿連接鑄鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了足尺試驗(yàn)研究。試驗(yàn)分別進(jìn)行了兩種連接構(gòu)造的節(jié)點(diǎn)在設(shè)計(jì)工況和破壞工況下的加載,并給出了各節(jié)點(diǎn)相應(yīng)的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變發(fā)展規(guī)律。足尺試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,試驗(yàn)加載系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)合理,能夠較好地模擬試件在實(shí)際結(jié)構(gòu)中的受力狀況。該鑄鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)在設(shè)計(jì)荷載作用下能夠滿足強(qiáng)度和剛度的要求,節(jié)點(diǎn)在設(shè)計(jì)荷載作用下是安全且有一定裕度的。最后,對(duì)比了不同構(gòu)造措施的連接節(jié)點(diǎn)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),并給出了一些設(shè)計(jì)建議。

Experimental study on cast steel joints of beam-string structures in Pudong International Airport Terminal 2

Abstract:The full-scale cast steel joints connecting web members and bottom chord of the beam-string structures of Shanghai Pudong International Airport Terminal 2 are tested. Two types of joints with different configurations are loaded to the design load and ultimate load to obtain the failure mechanism. The test loading system designed is proved to be able to simulate the loading condition in real structure. The test results indicate both the two types of cast joints can satisfy the requirements of strength and stiffness under design load with adequate safe margin. The advantages and disadvantages of joints with different detailing are compared and the design recommendations are proposed.
