大跨度預(yù)應(yīng)力張弦梁施工控制技術(shù)研究

[摘要]對大跨度預(yù)應(yīng)力張弦梁常見的施工方法及其特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與分析。以上海源深體育館預(yù)應(yīng)力張弦梁為背景,通過基于ANSYS的優(yōu)化分析、非線性全過程分析以及屈曲分析,重點(diǎn)研究了預(yù)應(yīng)力張弦梁下弦鋼索張拉力的優(yōu)化、關(guān)鍵施工狀態(tài)下結(jié)構(gòu)的受力性能分析與穩(wěn)定性分析等施工控制中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了兩榀預(yù)應(yīng)力張弦梁1:9縮尺模型的施工模擬試驗(yàn),研究了張弦梁施工全過程的受力性能。有限元分析與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:對下弦鋼索的張拉力進(jìn)行優(yōu)化可以有效地改善結(jié)構(gòu)在設(shè)計狀態(tài)下的受力性能;合理的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計可以保證張弦梁在施工過程中的強(qiáng)度與穩(wěn)定性;預(yù)應(yīng)力的張拉宜以跨中反拱作為控制指標(biāo);有限元計算值與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合良好。

Study on construction control technologies for long-span prestressed beam string structure

Abstract:Ordinary construction methods for long-span prestressed beam string structures and their characteristics are summarized and analyzed. Based on the beam string structure of Shanghai Yuanshen Arena, this paper focuses on some key technological problems, such as the optimization for the cable stretching forces, the analysis of load capacity and stability under important construction states. Two 1∶9 scaled model tests are conducted to simulate the full-range construction progress for the beam string structure. Studies show that the optimization for stretching forces of the cables may efficiently improve the load capacity during the serviceability phase. The strength and stability of this structure is reliable through reasonable design. The mid-span camber should be taken as the control index during cable stretching. The analytical results calculated by the nonlinear FEM are in good agreement with the test results.
