[摘要]實(shí)際工程中遇到需要考慮X型圓鋼管相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)平面外抗彎剛度的情況,而目前這方面的研究較少。通過試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與有限元分析結(jié)果的對比論證了有限元分析的可行性,在此基礎(chǔ)上通過單參數(shù)分析明晰了影響節(jié)點(diǎn)平面外抗彎剛度的主要因素,然后通過正交模型設(shè)計(jì)與分析得到了X型圓鋼管相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)平面外抗彎剛度參數(shù)計(jì)算公式,最后檢驗(yàn)了公式的適用性。

Parametrical analysis and design formulas for out-of-plane bending rigidity of CHS X-joints

Abstract:The out-of-plane bending rigidity of X-type CHS joint need to be considered in some projects, however researches in this field are quite few. By the comparison of experiment results and FEM results, the feasibility of FEM is studied, then the main facts influencing the out-of-plane rigidity of joint is made clear. The parametric formula of out-of-plane bending rigidity of X-type CHS joint is identified by orthogonal analysis. Finally, the applicability of the parametric formula is verified.
