短預(yù)應(yīng)力筋低回縮錨具變形及預(yù)應(yīng)力損失試驗(yàn)研究*

(1 北京建工集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司博士后科研工作站, 北京 100055; 2 清華大學(xué)土木工程系, 北京 100084; 3 北京市建筑工程研究院有限責(zé)任公司, 北京 100039)[摘要]為研究短預(yù)應(yīng)力筋低回縮錨具變形及其預(yù)應(yīng)力損失計(jì)算問題,對2個相同的短鋼柱試件進(jìn)行施加不同預(yù)拉力的多次張拉加載試驗(yàn),并測試張拉荷載和變形,分析錨具壓實(shí)變形、鋼柱壓縮變形、接縫變形和預(yù)應(yīng)力筋內(nèi)縮變形及各種變形之間的比例關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:與采用夾片式錨具相比,采用低回縮錨具的短預(yù)應(yīng)力筋內(nèi)縮量可減小80%~90%,其值控制在1.0mm以內(nèi),預(yù)應(yīng)力損失可減小56%~70%;在試驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,給出低回縮錨具預(yù)應(yīng)力損失計(jì)算公式。[關(guān)鍵詞]短預(yù)應(yīng)力筋; 低回縮; 錨具; 變形; 預(yù)應(yīng)力損失中圖分類號:TU757.2 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)10-0038-05Experimental study on deformation and pre-stress loss of short pre-stressed rebar with low retraction anchoragesGuo Erwei1,2,3, Gao Jindong3, Tang Weiming2(1 Post-doctoral Research Center, Beijing Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., Beijing 100055, China; 2 Department of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China; 3 Beijing Building Construction Research Institute Co., Ltd., Beijing 100039, China)Abstract:In order to study the calculation problems of deformation and pre-stress loss of short pre-stressed rebar with low retraction anchorages, two same short steel column specimens were made to carried out repeated tensile loading test with different pre-stresses. The tensile load and deformation were measured. The compaction deformation of the anchorage, compression deformation of steel column, joint deformation, shrinkage deformation of pre-stressed rebar and various deformation ratios were analyzed. The results show that compared with the strand tapered anchorage, shrinkage deformation of short pre-stressed rebar with low shrinkage can be reduced by 80%~90% with controlled value within 1.0mm, and the pre-stress loss can be reduced by 56%~70%.
