[摘要]世博中心主體結(jié)構(gòu)平面布置復(fù)雜,結(jié)構(gòu)抗震要求高,設(shè)計(jì)采用防屈曲耗能支撐鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系。詳細(xì)介紹了防屈曲耗能支撐設(shè)計(jì)中必須解決的主要問(wèn)題,包括防屈曲耗能支撐參數(shù)的確定、節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)和產(chǎn)品的驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。結(jié)合防屈曲耗能支撐在世博中心工程的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,對(duì)防屈曲耗能支撐芯材材質(zhì)、剛度計(jì)算、屈服承載力、變形要求、節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造要求、節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力計(jì)算以及與防屈曲耗能支撐相連接的框架梁柱設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行探討,提出可行的計(jì)算方法和構(gòu)造做法。在現(xiàn)行鋼結(jié)構(gòu)驗(yàn)收規(guī)范的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)防屈曲耗能支撐的特點(diǎn)提出防屈曲耗能支撐產(chǎn)品的驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Research on application of buckling restrained braces in the EXPO Center

Abstract:Due to the complexity plan and strict seismic requirement, the buckling restrained braces (BRB) are used in the Expo Center. Section parameters determination, connection design and product acceptance specifications of BRB are the main issues to be performed to design BRBs. Combined with the application of BRB in the EXPO Center, the design procedures of BRB are proposed, including the material behavior of steel core, the calculation and requirement of stiffness, capacity and deformation of BRB. In addition, the desirable detail and capacity calculation method in connection design are advised. Based on the code for acceptance of steel structures, the product acceptance specifications are provided for BRB in the EXPO Center.
