昆明新機(jī)場(chǎng)航站樓工程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)介紹

[摘要]昆明新機(jī)場(chǎng)為大型樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng),國(guó)家重點(diǎn)工程。航站樓南北長(zhǎng)約855m,東西寬約1 132m,下部結(jié)構(gòu)采用鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu),支撐屋頂?shù)慕Y(jié)構(gòu)采用“彩帶”形鋼結(jié)構(gòu),航站樓一期總建筑面積約54.83萬m2。建設(shè)場(chǎng)地位于世界上活動(dòng)級(jí)別最高的小江斷裂帶附近,屬高地震烈度區(qū),跨越多個(gè)地貌單元,地形起伏,巖溶非常發(fā)育,多條斷層從場(chǎng)區(qū)穿過,場(chǎng)地填筑厚度差異大,地基極不均勻。航站樓的結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,針對(duì)特殊的地震和地質(zhì)條件,在航站樓的前中心區(qū)(324m×256m)采用了隔震技術(shù)。航站樓工程屬于超長(zhǎng)型結(jié)構(gòu)、屋架支承結(jié)構(gòu)采用形式獨(dú)特的鋼彩帶結(jié)構(gòu),圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)采用了不規(guī)則索幕墻結(jié)構(gòu)等,針對(duì)以上關(guān)鍵問題,設(shè)計(jì)中采取了有效的結(jié)構(gòu)措施,解決了工程中的各種困難。

Introduction of structural design of the Kunming new airport terminal building

Abstract:Kunming new airport is a national key project and will be one of the largest terminals in China. The basic structural system of the terminal building is a reinforced concrete frame with top steel ribbon,850m long in north-south,1 120m wide in east-west. The gross floor area of phase Ⅰ is about 548 300m2. The distance from the airport site to the Xiaojiang fault in southwest China, one of the most active faults worldwide,is about 12km and the site is located in high seismic intensity region. The site spans multiple landform units with terrain fluctuation and karst development. With several faults across the site, the backfill thickness of foundation varies significantly and the base is distributed unevenly. Seismic isolation techniques are applied at the front center area(324m×256m) of the terminal due to structural complexity and unique seismic and geological conditions. Design measures had been applied to solve the problems encountered during the project,which were caused by the super length of the structure, steel ribbon supporting structures and the irregularity of the cable structure of the curtain wall.
