[摘要]成都凱德風(fēng)尚項(xiàng)目總建筑面積為609 301m2,位于7度區(qū)。對2棟2層的框架結(jié)構(gòu)別墅和26棟19~20層的高層剪力墻住宅結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了隔震設(shè)計(jì),隔震層設(shè)置在地下室頂板以上,采用了近4 000個(gè)隔震支座,是目前國內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)的最大的隔震小區(qū),也是層數(shù)最多的高層剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)隔震項(xiàng)目。設(shè)計(jì)中驗(yàn)算了7度罕遇地震作用下結(jié)構(gòu)的安全和8度罕遇地震下的結(jié)構(gòu)抗傾覆問題,并設(shè)置了抗拔裝置和抗風(fēng)裝置。計(jì)算分析表明,采用隔震措施可顯著降低上部結(jié)構(gòu)的地震作用,提供對建筑結(jié)構(gòu)、房屋設(shè)施和人員的全面保護(hù)。

Research on design of base-isolated high-rise structure of Capital Land the Loft Chengdu

Abstract:The general floorage of Capital Land the Loft Chengdu is 609 301m2. The project is located in region of seismic fortification intensity Ⅶ. The two buildings with frame structures of 2 stories and twenty six building with shear wall structures of 19~20 stories are designed to be base-isolated, and about 4 000 isolators are adopted. The isolators are located between the basement and first floor. The project will be the largest base-isolated project, and also will be the highest isolated shear wall structure in China. The structures are designed to stand rear earthquake for seismic fortification intensity Ⅶ, and the overall overturning can be prevented under the rear earthquake for seismic fortification intensity Ⅷ. Devices to stand the overturning and wind load are adopted. It can be found that the earthquake reaction of the structure can be greatly reduced after using of base-isolation. The design of base-isolation can provide better protection to structure, facilities and people in the building.
